SHIPPING FEES

All domestic and international shipments will be sent via postal service. Postal service provides the best value on delivery and brokerage for international orders

Shipping hand handling fees are assessed based on the location of the purchaser and are displayed prior to completion of checkout. Shipping fees are suitable for the majority of locations. Wall Juice reserves the right to assess supplementary shipping fees for non-North American orders and orders destined for Hawaii or Alaska may be subject to additional shipping fees. Wall Juice will notify you in the event that additional shipping fees are required, at which point you may choose to accept the charges or cancel your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders outside of Canada will be shipped with duties and taxes payable to the recipient. While Postal Service provides the best value for brokerage, with minimal fees, please check with your local jurisdiction for an accurate assessment of taxes and duties that may be applicable. RETURNS

All Wall Juice orders are custom made to order.  The large size of our catalogue combined with multiple size and 20+ colour options makes it impractical for us to carry inventory.  Each order is made to your specification, therefore, we cannot accept returns.  

REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Wall Juice Inc. can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. 

STORE CREDIT

Due to the custom nature of our products, Wall Juice Inc. will provide store credit for any qualified returns. Refunds will not be granted.

Did You Use a Promotional Code or Certificate?

If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional coupon or code and the code has not expired, that part of your refund will be credited to your account, and will be available to use the next time you place an order at walljuice.com Please note, however, that the original expiration date still applies.
